   First, call the restaurant or go to their website for a reservation. I got there at 6:45 for a 7:00 res made through OpenTable and they told me they no longer use OT for reservations. They accommodated us but I’m not sure others would be so lucky. Especially during the holiday season and ICE going on. The food was great as always. The spaghetti nero was beyond. You might think with squid ink coloring the pasta black that it might be fishy tasting but it was not. It was such a delicate flavor with the blue crab that I was jealous I didn’t get it. The arriabatta(sp?) pasta with mussels was good but not as good as the Nero. My little guy ordered the pepperoni pizza but the waiter rang up the full size one and not the kids one. I figured he would just correct it by charging us for the kids one but he actually took the entire thing off the ticket. So that was nice! Since it was my son’s birthday they brought out a baked Alaska and it was amazing (and comped). I will always come back here every year we come to ICE! and stay at the hotel. I’ll just make the red directly through them and not here on OT.

   The food was horrible. Not the 1st time there and thought I would give it another try. The meat wasn’t done all the way, the pasta was not good, the sauce was not good and it took an insane amount of time for the food to be brought to the table.

   Pizza is terrible and broccolini cold! If doing morning buffet, the bread may be dry

   It was our first time dining here and Amy was wonderful. We had the oysters to start, and the salmon was delicious.

   Food was fine, Server was great, my experience at the restaurant on Tuesday was good. However the night before they just cancelled my reservation an hour before the set time. No reason given. I got a sorry about that from the hotel, nothing more. I had to cancel on customers and vendors because of it. We went there the next night because that is what a customer wanted but moving forward I will make every effort to take all dinners off site from the gaylord because of it.

   Our server was super sweet, we had no issue with her. But it took us an hour and a half to get our food. First they tried to seat us in the bar, then tried to tell us they couldn’t seat us at a regular table because they were hard to get - when there were 10 empty tables we passed to get to the bar. We let them know we made a reservation a month ago and we needed a table so we got a table. Then we sat there for 45 minutes until our order was taken and it took another 45 minutes for our food to come. The noodles were bland and the salad was super dry. It was noisy from atrium sounds and people, Server was nice, but we will not go back.

   FOOD WAS EXCELLENT THEY WERE BUSY BUT WE WAITED A VERY LONG TIME FOR OUR FOOD BUT THE OWNER COMPED US A VERY NICE BOTTLE OF WINE ! WOULD DEFINTELY GO BACK !

   This was our 4th time at this restaurant. When arrived I ask for the large chair tables on the inside and was told no they were only for large parties ( all other times we were able to sit there) so then I ask for a booth and was told no they weren’t available… all booths were open! They set us at a small table that was in the sun! It was miserable for the amount of money we were going to spend there! They no longer serve lasagna and it’s an Italian restaurant who doesn’t serve lasagna? We were told it was “seasonable”… really what season do you serve it? New chef and the food was not as good…. You need the old chef back and a friendlier hostess! Party of 3,reservations were at 5:15 on a Saturday.

    Had a lovely dinner, arriving at 5:45. Quick, attentive, and pleasant service, with very good entree and dessert. A tad expensive, but it’s a hotel and very convenient.
