   Overcrowded and overpriced. Very happy to pay good money for a great meal but I felt I was just paying to say I had eaten at Yauatcha rather than being wowed by the food. Wouldn’t bother coming back or suggesting others visit. So disappointed.

   Fairly average tasting food. The crispy duck at an extra charge on the Harmony menu was nice. I think they might have been good a few years ago but the food was so bland, the spiced dishes weren't anywhere near spicy enough. It all just lacked a bit of flavour which you would find in abundance in some of the other Chinatown restaurants

   Really lovely staff, food was not to my taste, but my wife really enjoyed it, as a vegetarian. Nice cocktails and really good value. Thank you.

   We had a booking for 6.30pm and when we called to explain that I had a work call and we'd arrive at 7pm we were told that our table would be given away if we weren't there by 6.45pm (even though I said we could vacate the table by 8pm). We accepted the offer to rebook for 8.30pm instead....Rather frustrating. Then my credit card was immediately charged a cancellation fee of 100 pounds! The work call was quicker than expected so we got to the restaurant at 6.50pm. There were several free tables...I was told the cancellation charge would be deducted from the bill. It wasn't and I had to ask for it to be adjusted. The dim sum was good, the rest of the meal was barely acceptable. I'd recommend it if you want to eat in a nightclub in an uncomfortable setting and are open to getting ripped off. The only positive was the service which was excellent. We will never return....

Our tables are booked for a 2 hours basis and we have 15 minutes grace period before releasing your reservation, however we can still hold your table if you let us know you are running late.    Service wasn’t very good. Staff didn’t have allocated tables and kept asking the same questions. Friendly but they need some organisation.

   I have been a few times in the past, the food is always delicious but I found the service and environment not good as it used to be before covid. It’s not cheap and you pay for the experience, but the place was super noisy.
