   We had a great experience - the Infinite Yumcha Brunch . The food was excellent.

   Food and service very good. Tables/furniture extremely uncomfortable and vibe is definitely a bit off. Pricy for what it is.

   We had the £45 menu, which allowed you to request more of your most favourite Dim Sum's. On top of the DimSums"s you had a choice of main course - which was quite substantial. In actual fact we took home one of the main dishes - which was beautifully packed - as we had eaten our full. The restaurant is immaculate, as are the toilets. The service was attentive. Most definitely to be recommended.

   The food was excellent and the crispy duck the best we have ever had. Really unusual venue that was not quite as expected but good nonetheless. Service was prompt and efficient. Restaurant is in Soho so bill is fairly substantial but offers reasonable value.

   Understanding that it was Mothering day and busy but the service was not up to scratch. Supposed to have unlimited dimsum but they ignored the last request and served main course straight away without informing us. Even worse was that the waiter told us that the dimsum session was over and they couldn’t honour the last dimsum serving. It would seem like that it was our fault!

We have addressed your concerns to the waiter and team members involved on a one-to-one basis and discussed all service issues. As such, retraining has been performed to prevent future mishaps that unfortunately lead to your experience not being perfect.    Love this place, delicious food and great atmosphere downstairs. We went with a group of 10 and had a blast. Highly recommend.

   Standard of food seems to have massively dropped. Service was absolutely excellent and staff were friendly, helpful and kind.

    Lovely and delicious food as always. Service was very friendly but incredibly slow. Waiters rarely stopped by so we couldn’t order more drinks and food.
