Ambiance was so pleasant as usual. Following Covid protocol. My lobster roll which was an evening special was confusing. Although there was a plentiful amount of lobster chunks which was great, it was nothing more then lobster and a couple of pieces of lettuce on a dry roll. Pretty basic and plain and very dry. It would have been great to have some type of condiment to garnish the roll. I wouldn’t order it again unless I just wanted plain lobster.

You pay so much and get so little. This has always been the case. I keep trying to come to suport local but I would much rather visit the Oyserman or Milepost where you actually get what you pay for.

Seems to me the menu needs improvement. Chicken Francese was tough , could not cut; and the scallops were good but the risotto was more of a filler than an added vegetable. First time in 40 years we were disappointed.

Outdoor dining was lovely. Staff wore masks and gloves which made us feel comfortable. Food was very good and I had the best dirty martini ever! Chandler, our server, was fabulous.

Food was great. Service was terrible. No one seemed to be in charge. Hard time finding waiter. Help seemed to be hiding in back room somewhere. Employee seemed to know party at next table and kept bringing them drinks. People got louder and louder There did not appear to be a manager in charge. Will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone

They could not have handled the Covid precautions any better. The food, as always, was delicious and beautifully presented. The garden ambience was delightful.

Food was spectacular. Best clam chowder ever, anywhere, and I make my own with fresh clams that I gather so I know home made. Caprese salad had enough heirloom tomatoes and Mozarella for two diners! Chicken Marsala with wild mushrooms was executed to perfection with pasta slightly al dente. Only complaint was that we requested champagne and were brought Prosecco; imagine our distress! (tongue in cheek). Winsor House used to be tavern fare, but now it is fine dining indeed!
