   We had a reservation for our late lunch and checked in at the front desk slightly before reservation. We were told we would be seated shortly. During this time, the hostesses stood aound the hostess desk with another restaurant employee. Waited approximately 7 minutes to be seated, which doesn't sound long, but the restaurant was empty. Were not sure why we weren't seated right away. When the hostess came to get us for seating, she said she was waiting for our table to be set, but there had to be 2 dozen empty tables with place settings throughout the restaurant. The food was good but not hot. We asked if we could have extra crispy fries, and were told yes, but by the time we received them, they were room temperature, along with our food. Disappointed the service and food were not better.

   Great server, 'Ben' - enjoyed/appreciated his attention and warm personality! We hadn't been to your restaurant (and Ruston area) in quite sometime, but food delicious, presented beautifully - and added pleasure and with Ben!

   We had a great dinner. The encrusted sole with mushroom risotto was fantastic!! The tuna was also amazing - melt in your mouth with excellent searing and seasoning. We’ll be back!

   Every time we eat at the Wild Fin the food and the service is always exceptional.

   The menu options and portions have shrunk in the last couple of years, while of course the prices have increased. But the food still tastes amazing and the staff is wonderful.

   Probably my mistake to order a French dip at a seafood restaurant but my sandwhich wasn’t good. The meat was flavorless and the au jus had a strange flavor. I only had a couple of bites. The seafood chowder I ordered was very good though. The service was good too.

   Crowded like a high school cafeteria. Food like a high school cafeteria. Service like… Incredibly overpriced and poorly done. How about a booth where a 2x4 separates you from the next table? How about crap for a wine list exceeding any reasonable price point? Just don’t go here unless you are a high schooler. Then you just might think it’s better than school lunch…or not.

   After being ignored at the front desk for several minutes, we were taken to a table. Service was so slow, a long time to get water, a longer time to get wine, had to ask 3 times for a glass of ice. Server never came back, had to flag her down to ask for more dressing. Not the experience we had on our last visit. Very disappointing as we were hosting family.

    The bread with fig butter was great! The barata salad was sour. The steak sandwich only had a few bites that were edible. The rest was fat and gristle. The fries were good. The fish and chips were tiny.
