Simply dubbed "honest craft," Chef Gio's menu changes weekly, and is comprised of reliable and satisfying mainstays like homemade pastas, hearty meat dishes and superb seafood. Join us for dinner on evenings from Tuesday to Saturday inside our intimate dining room or enjoy a delightful Arizona evening on our beautifully lit patio.

The food was absolutely DELICIOUS, I don't think I've ever had such a flavorful meal. The service was outstanding and attentive. Would definitely recommend to all and will hopefully be back again soon!

We always celebrate family occasions with a few close friends...who happen to be incredible Chefs. This year we added to our family Chef Gio Osso and OMG....!!! I feel like I have been so neglectful all these years! Incredible service by Bradley and the food was stellar. Signature charred octopus (lemon chick peas, arugula, fennel, calabrian chile butter) and radicchio began the feast with scallops and smoked duck breast stepping in as incredible mains. The menu this night had changed incorporating current seasonal veggies. The care that goes into the prep and finishing these dishes is just amazing. We took a few bites home so that we could save some room for Sticky Toffee Chocolate and the Chef Sweet Treat which was a grilled peach with accompanying blueberries and ice cream. The restaurant was comfortable and cozy....echoing the Bespoke Inn that is on the same property. There is no doubt why Chef Gio has garnished the accolades that he has...and will. This place is soooooooooooooo good!! Dr. B and P

We absolutely loved everything about our dinner. We were looking for a place to celebrate our monthly date and Virtu was perfect! Atmosphere was quiet, spacious, and beautiful. The service was impeccable and the food was divine. Don’t think twice, pick Virtu and you won’t be disappointed.

took a friend for her birthday and it was a delightful evening! She started with the Gem salad and said it was perfect. we shared the lamb tartare and the burrata - both excellent. Our entrees were the arrabiata, the duck and the pork chop. All fabulous. and we finished off with the chocoate sticky toffee pudding (WOW) and the bluieberry and peach shortcade desert. A truly wonderful to celebrate our friend!

We had the price fixed meal and it was delicious. I had the Duck and my wife had scallops. We loved every moment and every bit. Service was stop right.
