   Waiter never filled up the water glsss and we kept having to find him. Service was fast and in general this is a reliable place before concert. But it’s not at all the standard for the price and location. I told the waiter it was a birthday and ordered and reminded him, and the desert came out without a candle, and we had to ask. Then it took forever to get the check and my son was thirsty because no water was refilled the whole night and we had to go out to the Disney hall to buy water. Very disappointing. I’ve been coming for years. It’s like they were discriminating us when I brought three teenagers of color and the vibe was just not the same.

   Five of us had dinner at Vespaio and were extremely disappointed in the service as well as the food. The pizza was cold - actually stlll frozen when served. The waiter denied that it was possible but when showed him the icy residue he took it back to the kitchen and had it heated. No apology was forthcoming. The “baked” salmon was served absolutely raw (though ordered to be cooked well) and it had to go back to the kitchen to be cooked. Also no apology or any dessert offered.

   As a single person I was treated poorly. Not told of specials, Ltd desserts and given an edible one that was replaced. Waiter did replace my order with special when I asked. Food over priced with poor service.

   Fresh house made pasta was delicious. We were a group of 4 and each had a different pasta. Lentil soup was very hot but cooled a bit was delicious. Prompt but not rushing on the service. Overall very good choice

   Lovely restaurant where my family have gone many times. It is only 1/2 block away from the Disney Hall so delightful to eat at before a performance.

   We absolutely love Vespaio! The menu is so fabulous that it makes it very hard to choose what to eat. Everything sounds great and tastes great of course. So glad it’s near Walt Disney hall so we can go every time before our concert

   Francis was excellent as always, though the restaurant was busier than normal in our experience of Sunday evenings.

   This time around my experience was not that good. I understand that the restaurant was busy, but my waiter never bothered to come over to me until he noticed that I’d been waiting for awhile for my meal and told me he’d check on it. (The host who had seated me at my table had taken my order earlier because the waiter never came over.) In addition, the salmon I ordered was overcooked. Vespaio is usually pretty good on the service and food. But this time was a total flop.

    We have visited this restaurant several times when going to Disney Hall or the Music Center. It is always good. This time the Salmon was very good and fresh. The Chicken’s seasoning was a little off.Despite a reservation we had a middle table which was not nearly as pleasant. Good but not great experience.
