    I was there with 4 friends. We go a few times a year. The good was great! Our server Issac who we have had many times over the years was phenomenal. He is very patient with us as we take our time ordering and always gives us outstanding service.

    Best to avoid going on a Saturday evening. The noise level was 100 decibels according to my Apple Watch. We were celebrating a birthday and our table was at a window with a beautiful view. There was a baby shower and the guests were drinking and very loud to the point that the couple sitting beside them asked for their check after having a drink and a shared appetizer. You could even hear drums from another room as well. My husband had chicken parm. Loved it. Our arancini appetizer was tasteless. My steak was ordered medium, but was dry and cooked through. A waste of $50. I didn’t send it back because we just wanted to get out of there! We have eaten here multiple times. Best to come for lunch on a weekday.

    Never a bad meal here! Chicken Parmesan is amazing. Seafood always fresh! Bartenders attentive and pleasant. Love this restaurant.

    First time at Venezia. When I called and made the reservation, I was told the outdoor seating for 8 had beautiful Boston skyline views. This was not true -- because being a party of 8 we were tucked in a corner with no view. We asked to be moved inside, the hostess was not very cordial, openly appeared to take offence on the move request (it was not a busy night). The food was average -- over-cooked, not memorable. The one item which was a 5 star: The Serve staff. They were all exceptional! Highly attentive, discussed and made suggestions for wines and dinner choices. Meals were served at the same time (note for 8 - tough to do - kudos to the kitchen too for this effort) They cleared / cleaned up at pace where we could truly enjoy our dinner / not be rushed through. All-in-all, I would say I'd not recommend the restaurant. Boston has wonderful and numerous choices.

    The food was wonderful and delicious! Unfortunately, the support staff were less than friendly and rushed us out - even after we asked if it was okay to stick around for one more drink. All in all, a lovely evening despite a few micro aggressive interactions. This excludes our waiter and the host who were lovely!
