   really good sushi sets on the excellent happy hour menu, the salmon collar was not as good but the rolls and miso soup were excellent

   Positives: servings are huge, particularly the rolls. nigiri was very good also geso age was very good Negatives: noise levels were through the roof, hard to carry a conversation. food quality is just above average, nothing mind blowing, but the nigiri was very good, just the rolls were OK. rice sampler was just OK.

   Been here several times and the experience is always the same. The food and ambience are incredible, but I feel like they train their service staff to actually be rude or aloof on purpose. Not hating on them, just feels like they’d be happier if they didn’t have to I Tracy with customers 🤣

   Despite having a reservation we were told our table would only be available for an hour and a half. While that was enough time, it created a feeling of being rushed in the background. The cocktails were nearly $20 and only like 6 ounces of liquid. The atmosphere is a little pretentious.

   Top 1% sushi restaurants in the US… this is a “must” for sushi fans world wide. Don’t let the casual atmosphere turn you off… this is an incredible experience.

   Umi Sake house was so good- we were on vacation in Seattle for only a few days and went twice! The fish was so fresh, the rolls were so innovative and creative and the space is really cool how it is indoor/outdoor and they have all different kinds of unusual seating like couches! Only negative was it was VERY loud!

   The fresh fish is obviously the star but the filet mignon was so good. Happy hour also has a lot of great options and service is always warm and welcoming.

    Food was good, not great. Restaurant was surprisingly loud. Table was more of a lounge area, making it difficult to lean over a plate while eating. Would not recommend for a party with hard of hearing guests.
