   One of my favorite places I brought my daughter here for her 19th birthday,  our waitress, the food, the ambience is top notch!

   We were excited to try this place for our 22nd anniversary. The place was decorated for Christmas but we were sat at a small table which felt like we were put in a corner. Not the ambiance I was hoping for. Food was good. Service was fine. Nothing special. Not sure if it was the table we were sat at that ruined it for us or what. We probably won’t be back.

   I had high hopes for this restaurant and had been eagerly anticipating a special dinner date with my husband here, but unfortunately, this experience fell short. While the ambiance was festive and lively—a clear highlight for many—the food and service were deeply disappointing! Our meal began with an overdressed salad and cocktails that took a lot longer to arrive than expected. Once we finally got them, though, they were excellent, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the fire while we sipped on them, waiting for our underwhelming entrees. My husband liked his gnocchi, but my seafood puttanesca was a letdown as, on my third bite, I bit into a large chunk of sand from a mussel—an inexcusable mistake for any restaurant, especially one of this caliber. When I mentioned it to the server, they simply said, "It happens," which felt dismissive. Hoping for a better outcome, I tried another dish recommended by our server, a pasta with large, undercooked chunks of butternut squash that were crunchy and unappetizing. To make matters worse, no manager even came by to address our concerns! Fine dining is about more than just ambiance; it’s about delivering quality food, exceptional service, and an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, this restaurant missed the mark on all fronts.

   It was our annual friends Christmas outing. I had been to Tuscany twice before, but my friends had not. I made a reservation for 4 at 5:00. We arrived at 4:50. The valet service was excellent. We were seated promptly at 5:00. I don’t recall our waiter, but he was wonderful and told us about the specials and then about menu items, which was helpful. Appetizer: Brussel Sprouts - perfectly cooked, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside; delicious. Entrees: Chicken Piccata and the Roasted Half Chicken - again, perfectly cooked, lovely presentation, delicious. Dessert: Choc cake and the Snickerdoodle Bread Pudding - again the presentation was lovely and so delicious. I chose Tuscany for our Christmas outing because the venue for the holidays is so beautiful, beginning with the outside, and then into the inside, the decor is uniquely festive, like nowhere else in Utah. My experience the 2 times before, the food was meh for the price, but we bring guests here because of the ambience for the holiday. Tonight’s experience was a 10 from beginning to end. My dear friends (80+ yo ladies) were so amazed at our experience. Thank You, Tuscany, for a lovely evening, for a memorable dining experience. I will be back again next week with another set of guests. I highly recommend Tuscany for a special evening.

   Overall experience was a good eight out of 10. My pork chop was cold. The potatoes were a little bit cold and the ravioli came out plate hot but the pasta a little colder so that was strange but over all I would come back, our server was top tier

   Loved it! Me and the girls come every year for. Christmas get together dinner and we always have the sweetest waiters and the most amazing food! I had the Chilean Sea Bass and would absolutely recommend. And the decorations were so amazing. The ultimate Xmas dinner experience.

    Dinning here is always impressive. Food is always good, service is impeccable. I would prefer a smaller size but it’s perfect for next day meal 😜. The decoration is very festive!!!!
