    I was disappointed by the Tuscan Kitchen. I thought this was a higher quality dining experience but seems more like a casual chain restaurant. The overall service was lacking (no overview or the menu or specials, no wine recommendation when our choice was out of stock, appetizer plates not cleared). The food in general was okay but nothing special. If you're looking for a nicer dining experience I would chose elsewhere.

    We went for a special occasions for dinner. The waiter was very friendly, polite and kind. The drinks were delicious. One of the meal we ordered was excellent. Two of the meals were greasy but it was fine. The 4th meal that my son ordered was disappointing. The taste and the texture were not good. We had to talk to the waiter and asked him if he can switch to different meal. The waiter was very polite and got difficult one. We were happy with their amazing dark chocolate cake that was offered to us.

    Not the same quality as the salem location. My veal chop was meh… last time in salem it was amazing same for the lobster Gnocchi

    Unfortunately, the food came out incorrect and cold. The saving grace was our amazing server. He corrected the kitchen’s issues and because of him we will give it another try.

    We came to Tuscan Kitchen on New Year's Eve. It was very crowded and they didn't have sufficient barkeeps--my only complaint. Our server was great and fun. Food was fabulous as usual.

    Well it was New Year’s Eve, so we knew they’d be busy. We made a reservation and only had to wait about five minutes when we got there. We were a party of five so that was a pleasant surprise. After being seated we were served water and bread right away (we asked for tap but was brought bottled water, not a big deal). It took over an hour before our orders were taken, drinks from the bar took over 30 minutes, there were lots of very unhappy people. When we finally got our food, it was delicious, so no complaints there. It took forever to get the check and close out. Again, it was a busy night. The server was very pleasant and apologetic. Overall 4/5.

    For the money, it was a bit disappointing. I think it is def a place that is better on an ordinary night… not a special occasion.

    Granted, it was New Year’s Eve, but service was terrible. It was at least 20 minutes before we were acknowledged after being seated. Probably closer to 30 minutes. Then it was a revolving set of servers, none knowing what the prior had asked or done. After drinks and bread made it to the table another 15 minutes before we could order. Apps came out shortly thereafter. Another 15 minutes before delay between finishing apps and main course arrived. The food was fine/good. Steep prices for the amount of food. After we finished, another 15 minutes waiting for someone to ask about dessert or bill. Total time on site 2 hours and 15 minutes.

    It was New Year’s Eve and their tap wasn’t working and they only had 2 types of bottled beer. I ordered the sea bass and I got the last piece available so it was very small and it was only 6:30 at night. They really didn’t seem prepared for a popular night.
