   From being greeted at the door by Tony ( the owner) to our drinks , apps and meal , we totally would recommend Trio to anyone who wants a great dining experience.

   One of the. Best restaurants in the desert cities .. great delicate fish .. cooked to perfection meat… master cocktails .. amazing crème brulee. gracious waiters and a beautiful comfortable setting .. Creative and fresh ! A wonderful restaurant !!!!

   Great dinner! We had a very knowledgeable and friendly waiter. Since it was our first time for dinner we had Trio specialties. Our salads were made from fresh local produce and we ate every bite. I recommend the Triotinni for a refreshing cocktail and the Trio Burger. The Rack of lamb special was amazingly seared and served to perfection. We can’t wait to return!

   Restaurant was very accommodating. The staff was very warm and inviting. Josh who was our server, was exceptional and paid attention to detail. I would return to Trio for his level of service.

   We ate here while on a weekend trip to PS. The menu was fairly basic American cuisine; however, we ordered the specials a barramundi (white fish) with a ginger sauce and a rack of lamb. Both meals were excellent along with our choices of wine. We sat outside at a high top table and were very comfortable. Not too much road or sidewalk noise. Our waitress was attentive and cheerful. We would definitely go back.

   Great food as always, we had BBQ Ribs, Ravioli and Smashed Burger, all excellent. Server was very helpful choosing the drinks too.

   I had to ASK for the Prix Fix Menu......this menu was NOT on the table even though we were there within the proper time limits for this option. (Almost like they the restaurant didn't want to promote this wonderful option??)
