   Our waitress Alexis was wonderful and everything we chose was delicious. We consider this one of our go to restaurants because we know that we will get great food, a wonderful ambience and great service. Will definitely return!

   We really enjoyed our brunch meal at Tommy Bahama’s. The food and service were excellent. We will definitely come back for another meal.

   I miss the delicious bread and special butter. The crab salad had more feta than crab and the romaine lettuce not as good (or easy) to eat as the old "stacked" crab & avocado salad. Missed the Postcard with the check, too.

   In Scottsdale you can find pretty much find good food almost anywhere, especially now, as so many people from Chicago, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles have moved to Arizona. They are already accustomed to quality dining. But great service is not as easy to find. We dine at Tommy‘s often and have always had wonderful service. But today we met someone new named “Felicia.” You’d be hard pressed to find a more, authentic, knowledgeable, and fun person taking care of your table. As I’ve explained many times in past OpenTable restaurant reviews, “Customer service and liking people isn’t something you can train. It’s a behavior.” “Felicia” is absolutely stunning when it comes to being gracious and likable. She literally made our evening. Also, and just as importantly, we were immediately greeted by the hostess “Judy.” Indeed, “Judy” is one of the main reasons why we enjoy this particular Tommy’s. She’s the real deal, remembers your name, where you like to sit, and is always genuinely happy to see you. Judy treats you like you are family, and not just another customer. Yes, there are a plethora of places to eat in Scottsdale, but if you’re looking for good food and incredibly friendly service, look no further than “Felicia” and “Judy” as your Tommy Bahama ambassadors.

    Disappointed that they no longer have the rolls or the cinnamon butter. I understand they could not get rolls from supplier but they could have found a good substitute
