   I would rate it more than 5 stars if possible. We celebrated my nephew's birthday and the staff was so attentive and helpful the whole time we were there. The evening was perfect. This has always been the favorite restaurant of my niece and nephews who are adults now and last night was one of the best dinners ever at Tommy Bahama's. They gave us our favorite table and the singer even sang happy birthday to my nephew which he said embarrassed him but I know he loved every minute of it. The food was wonderful both the appetizers and entrees and I can't even begin to describe the wonderful desserts. The manager checked in to see that everything was going well as did many of the staff. All in all this was a perfect evening for all of us.

   We were early birds for lunch, before any other tables arrived… even then, it was a great space for conversation. It’s almost impossible to find a noise-free restaurant, these days… this was perfect. Nick was our server, so attentive and knowledgeable. Food was delicious… coconut shrimp, cheeseburgers, fries, cream brûlée and the chocolate brownie dessert. I’m a longtime fan of TB restaurants… especially, the Palm Desert, Ca. destination. This first time experience at NYC location hit the spot. 🥰

   We had a wonderful time out to dinner! We were celebrating the countdown to our wedding and everyone was so kind and welcoming to us! The manager even comped our dessert which was so sweet. We've always loved coming to Tommy Bahama but now its our favorite spot for special occasions!

   We come here regularly and have also been to the Newport Beach and Honolulu restaurants and it’s one of our favorites. This was the only time we’ve been ever been disappointed there. The food was not as tasty as usual. Neither of us finished our entrees which has never happened before. The presentation was off also, the fish tacos were a soggy mess. I wonder if they’ve changed chefs because something has definitely slipped. The service was a bit off too. Friendly, but disorganized and 3 different staff serving us over the course of the meal. Hopefully this as a 1-off as it’s usually fantastic here.

   I always return for the coconut shrimp and ahi tuna entree. The menu is on the small side, but it doesn’t matter, there is an excellent chef who delivers wonderful meals. Nice ambience away from the hustle and bustle of the city right on 5th avenue

    I have been a big fan of Tommy's for many years. The service is great and the food is still very good. We love the goat cheese plate, coconut shrimp and fish dishes. The prices are getting pretty high.
