   Given the range of food allergies our family presented with, the staff were amazing, catering to each individuals needs admirably.The food was fantastic and the setting was wonderful. What a brilliant way to start the New Year!

   Lunch at The Ritz had to be done at least once and although a pricey affair, it did not disappoint. Eating in a setting so steeped in history and eating traditional British fare exquisitely presented in the dining room as opposed to the more crowded afternoon tea section felt very special. We had two young kids and were pleased a kids menu was an offer. They also catered well for my dairy intolerance. I recommend the steak on the set menu, the croque Monsieur starter and the soufflé for dessert. The bathroom was a treat for the kids too!

   Food is average amongst Michelin one starred restaurants. Excellent atmosphere.

   A fantastic place to treat your loved ones, special occations and celebrations. Wonderful ambiance and superb service. Drinks were lovely made and tasted great. Food was average and little bit dull, but wasn`t playing the main part at all in this fantastic performance.

   I am beyond disappointed with the performance of this restaurant. In a 5 star hotel you'd expect the best of service any staff can offer. Me and the rest of my family were refused service due to our outfits, even after putting on the more formal clothing they provided us with. Not to mention the majority of the staff was overwhelmingly impolite.

   Service was great and food was excellent. Loved the band and singer they had playing. Only thing that was a little strange was how bright is was in the restaurant at 9pm. Would think the lights would have been dimmed a little. Looking forward to returning to this restaurant again, it was delicious!

    I am wondering why the restaurant has not at least one Michelin star: all is perfect. Absolutely to recommend for a special occasion.
