   The ambience, food, and service at first glance met expectations. However, after our party of two basically had the exact same meal we became ill from the food. One person had a stomach issue at 1:30 AM the other person at 6 AM. Both parties ordered basically the same thing, The green fried tomatoes appetizer, one had the 13 ounce ribeye, the other prime rib, both had the asparagus, and both had the cornbread. Both tried the steak sauce and the horseradish sauce. So something in that menu triggered the problem in both people. Aside from the fact the final bill including tip was $150. It was not an enjoyable experience afterwards. Plus we both are still feeling under the weather in our stomachs. Although I believe we have passed all the food at this point.

   The food is consistently excellent- I recommend the Redfish, Blackened Sea Bass or the chicken fajitas. The service is excellent every time I go. It is a bit loud as many great restaurants are, but we were able to have conversation without much trouble. Highly recommend!

   Absolutely spectacular dinner! I had the pork chop and it was the best pork chop I've ever tasted. The person I was with had the garlic filet and they said that it was great. We're in Dallas for business and thought we'd give it a try. It was so good that we're going back tonight with a group.

   As usual, the food preparation was great - the hot food was hot and the col food was cold. Our servers were outstanding - very attentive, courteous, and friendly. The hosts were courteous and friendly also. Another great brunch experience!! Thank you🤗

   Great Texas flavor celebrating a birthday. I had a steak salad that was perfect. Good medium as good as any steak around. Very fresh salad with fried cheese curds on top, better than croutons and a dressing with just a hint of jalapeño. One had chicken fried steak at a reasonable price cooked perfectly. Elk tacos were great appetizer. Bartender was new and old fashion was a little biting. Should have had a Luxardo cherry. Wife had a great mimosa flight with blue berry, hibiscus and pomegranate flavors. Great time in casual environment overlooking outdoor dining

    We made reservations in advance, which I would suggest. The food was outstanding, and even though we had reservations for 11:30 AM, they let me order off the dinner menu so I could get a petite sirloin. It was cooked to perfection. I would also recommend the cornbread and mac & cheese.
