   As a local Vermonter the publyk house never dissappoints! atmosphere, ease of reservations and excellent menu selections. My always "go to" is the twin filet medallions & endless salad bar. I brought a coworker who is new to the area to dinner knowing this was the best restaurant to visit.

   Good food with an actual salad bar. A throwback to years ago & we all lived it. A nice meal for each of the 5 of us - we all got something different. From steak to eggplant parm, turkey dinner, wild mushroom ravioli & salmon. All were good. Our server was fun, pleasant & engaging.

   Always love our trips to the Publyk House. Still wish they had more options for non-alcoholic and non-soda beverages. Upgrade their lemonade with strawberry puree would be a welcome addition.

   Solid menu and quality food that was well prepared. Nice selection without being overwhelming. Enjoyed the salad bar - a throwback with lots of classic options. Overall a good meal and experience.

    The food was outstanding. The salad bar was one of the best I’ve ever eaten from. I highly recommend the smoked meats specifically the brisket, ribs, and sausage. The atmosphere is also very rustic and relaxing.  You won’t be disappointed at this restaurant.
