About this restaurant

  • Charming
  • Good for special occasions
  • Neighborhood gem
The Pink Adobe restaurant stands proudly in the heart of Santa Fe's historic Barrio De Analco neighborhood, which is considered the oldest neighborhood in the US. Founded in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy, an artist and social connector, the restaurant takes its name from the rose-colored adobe plastering on the nearly 400-year-old hacienda that serves as its home. This iconic Santa Fe destination at the heart of the Old Santa Fe Trail has been known for its fun, vibrant atmosphere and outstanding cuisine. Some of the famous well-known dishes are still existing such as the Steak Dunnigan, French Onion Soup and Rosalea's French Apple Pie among with new and innovative creations from our Executive Chef Andrew Fox.

  • Pink Adobe Corsican Wine Dinner

    $150.00 per person

    May 7, 2025 only
Join us Wednesday, May 7th for a night of amazing wine and food featuring the often overlooked island of Corsica. Corsica's wine roots can be traced back to about 500 BC when the Phoceans settled in what is now known as Aleria. Fastforward to the mid 1960's and it's first Appellation designated as 'Patrimonio' and Corsica has as much clout as many other more familiar inland French AOCs. Chef Andrew Fox has put together an unforgettable menu that will feature twists on classic Corsican dishes with a little Pink Adobe flair. We will be featuring an outstanding portfolio of wines from producers such as Laudria, Maestracci, and Guidicelli, to name a few. Secure your seats soon as they will fill up quickly. Full menu will be announced soon! Dinner will be 4 courses with wine pairings for each course. Guest arrival starts at 6pm with some welcome wine and time to mingle before seating for dinner.

2 stars, only because the food was excellent! Not sure however, why we were treated so rudely and dismissively by our waitress. We were a party of three women , traveling from various parts of the country, and reserved dinner at The Pink Adobe on recommendation of a colleague on our last night of our first experience of New Mexico. Service was intentionally slow and inadequate as compared to our observation of how other tables were cared for. At the conclusion of our meal, a combined check was brought to the table. When we asked for separate checks, we were curtly and dismissively told to write our names on the back of the check, and to calculate which card was associated with what charge. This delegation of what was surely her responsibility seemed to me an odd request, but not wanting to appear confrontational, complied. Close to ten minutes later and watching the waitress's intentional avoidance of eye contact with our table, it became obvious and clear that we were being treated with discrimination. Neighboring diners even commented on the waitress's poor treatment of our party, then sarcastically thanked her--on our behalf--upon her return after a dismissive absence. I am generally a very generous tipper, but was not inclined to compromise my self respect by giving money to someone who so clearly had no respect for the three of us. This is the first time I left NO tip. I later attempted to call the manager, but was told that no one would be available for at least 25 minutes. An unfortunate disappointment at the conclusion of an otherwise wonderful experience in New Mexico. Aarrggh.

The waiter was confused by simple requests, and seemed overwhelmed from start to finish. Because there were 7 of us a 20% tip compulsory. In reality his service was so inadequate I probably wouldn’t have tipped. It’s a shame that customers go to these restaurants and spend all this money and have to tolerate wait staff that really don’t have the abilities to do their jobs.

Started at the dragon room for live music and cocktails. Headed across the alley to Pink Adobe for dinner. Seated right away. Attenntive service, and excellent food (including for vegetarians) and drinks. Enjoyed the ambiance of the old and charming building.

We decided to visit the Pink Adobe one more time on our trip to Santa Fe since our first experience was so outstanding. Our second visit, tonight, was no exception. Everything was perfect. The chef who came out to visit the patrons remembered us from the either night. Our dinner was outstanding, the service was spotless and the atmosphere was perfect. This is a perfect spot for gourmet Southwestern and Mexican flavors. We highly recommend the Pink Adobe without any reservations.

The service was beyond fantastic and the chef actually visited our table to make sure that we were completely satisfied. The food was exceptional. This is our “go to” restaurant when we visit Santa Fe each year! An amazing memory to take back to Colorado!

As a relleno lover I was surprised by the filling. Pay attention and note that it is beans corn and squash.
