El icónico Palm Court en el hotel The Plaza ha sido renovado completamente por el arquitecto maestro Thierry Despont. El Palm Court cuenta con menús estadounidenses clásicos y sabrosos desde la mañana y hasta el anochecer. Despont ha logrado recrear la esencia de Central Park dentro del establecimiento, creando un ambiente que resulta cálido, privada y glamoroso. El inmobiliario hecho a la medida brinda un entorno relajado pero elegante, adecuado perfectamente para un desayuno de negocios o una velada con cocteles preparados a mano por el mixólogo Brian Van Flandern.     It was a fabulous experience. The people were so courteous and professional yet warm. My friend and I celebrated our 50th birthdays together and it was a memory that will last forever.

    We went as a way to cross off an item from my cousin's bucket list. She had always wanted to do Tea at the Plaza. To me was not worth the price. If you go, know that you are going to pay Michelin star restaurant prices for what is mostly an experience. Is it beautiful? Absolutely. But for the price of $125 to $235 per person for what is essentially hors d'oeuvres, I was expecting that the space would be more intimate (you are in an open area where halls and the other spaces are open all around you) and that the food would be out of this world. The food was good, but I paid less in a one-star Michelin for better food and larger portions. The service was good, but nothing out of this world either. I made a request on my reservation for writing on something as a little surprise for my cousin, but it was not done. Almost $400 later, I didn't feel like I would have missed out much without this experience. I feel it might be much more hyped than it's worth.

    What an experience. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Such fun to see little Eloises everywhere but the best part was our wonderful waiter Porfirio. He made this charming moment unforgettable.
