Amazing setting right on the ocean with waves lapping up against the restaurant building with full picture windows. Matched by amazing service provided by Jennica and Alex. The Thai curry soup and Caesar salad were great precursors to the broiled swordfish. This is an excellent place to splurge in La Jolla Shores

This place was everything. A little expensive, but not too expensive if you know what I mean. I just went for my birthday and I always wanted to go there. They sat us next to the window which was something I was hoping for. But that fooooood 🥰🥰🥰 yum yum yum yum yum 😋. It was so worth the almost 2 hr drive. My man isn't really into fancy food, but he said he really loved it. So for me that's saying a whole lot 🤭 They also gave me a slice of cake for my special day and it was divine. Will I ever go again 🤔🤔🤔 absolutely. Do I highly recommend 🤔 Absolutely 💯

We made our reservation over a month ago to celebrate a special occasion, we requested a window seat, thinking we would be able to get a window seat due to reserving in advance we did not get a window seat. This was the main reason for selecting this restaurant. The food was very average especially for such a high end restaurant and the menu selection was very limited and lastly the service was very underwhelming, all in all not a very good experience, will not return to this restaurant.

I was truly blown away by my birthday dinner experience tonight at the marine room not only was the sunset and our table absolutely stunning, we had truly excellent service and Amazing food. I was so touched to see the staff took the time to make me special menu tonight wishing me a happy birthday & Our server ( lily ) was excellent & very so knowledgeable in helping me find alternative options around my food allergies. Thank you all so much you made my bday extra special this year! The Marine room has Truly has become one of my favorite restaurants!!! DO…Treat yourself and enjoy this GEM
