The Lazy Goat is a Mediterranean-themed restaurant with a menu featuring global influences from Spain, Morocco, Italy, France, Greece, Africa and the Middle East in a relaxed atmosphere where taking the time to "linger and share" is encouraged.

The diverse menu was created to accommodate a variety of diner preferences with meat & cheese plates, small plates to “graze and nibble,” and main dishes.

Guests are invited to take their time while "trying a little bit of this and a little bit of that" or a "whole lot of whatever they like."

And the service doesn"t end with the food. Table 301 has an entire network of vendors, for everything from floral arrangements to flatware, chairs and tents. Table 301 is the best choice for wedding receptions, cocktail parties, luncheons, meetings, in home dinners and fundraising events.

    Mother's Day at The Lazy Goat – Sunday, May 11th. It’s an all-inclusive buffet style menu. You’ll be able to enjoy an excellent selection of starters, savory entrees, side dishes and desserts made fresh here at The Lazy Goat. We’ll be serving from 10am – 6pm on Sunday, May 11th. Reservations are highly encouraged. To make your reservations by phone, please call 864.679.5299 or make them online via OpenTable. *Please note The Lazy Goat will only be offering our Buffet Style Menu on Mother's Day. We will not be offering our a la carte menu on this day.

    Server was great and helped answer our questions and gave great recommendations. The pomegranate margarita was delicious. The fried goat cheese and whipped feta appetizers are top tier. I really enjoyed the margherita flatbread. We loved our visit. The noise level gets really high, just fyi if you’re looking for a quiet dinner you may opt to sit outside on patio.

    Cozy and intimate little restaurant, however, it was sweaty warm inside. Service was good and food was good, but nothing I feel I need to rush back for. May have been a better choice on a cold evening.

    The Lazy Goat is one of our favorites. Best old fashioned in town! We enjoyed lunch outdoors with our pup. Service was excellent. Only downside was the amount of garlic in the Brussels sprouts.

    This is our second time dining at The Lazy Goat. The first time was phenomenal. They have a great wine selection. This time was also good but two people in my party ordered steak and it was over cooked and small portion. The pasta is always good — it’s handmade. Service and ambiance is very impressive.

    A fantastic experience from ambiance to food to service. The Brussels sprouts appetizer even wowed my wife who is normally not a big fan. The halibut was beyond compare.

    Wonderful food, not too heavy. The half roast chicken was juicy and tender, halibut paired well with harissa and cream, lamb chops were perfect. Beautiful setting on the patio by the water feature and river.

    Loved everything but the Italian sausage was too spicy to eat. Had to exchange it for a different flatbread. Menu should say spicy Italian sausage.
