It is always a joy to visit The Dandelion. I adore the aesthetic of every single room in this place! We celebrated my 31st birthday with deviled eggs, that amazing ricotta spread on toast, a chicken sandwich on walnut bread, and a rose mimosa in a cute little glass. Everything was a delight. My husband had a Pirates of Penzance drink and a skate sandwich (he reports both were great). I wanted to specifically mention our server, Jayden (not sure if this is how they spell it). Jayden was kind, courteous; we felt very attended to. Folks like Jayden make the Dandelion my favorite place in Philadelphia. Thank you!

Cute place with charm, nice looking menu and lots of potential. Execution of food is very sloppy - the food wasn’t properly seasoned and it was presented poorly. The fish was tough, overcooked and bland. The hamburger was ordered medium but came well done and was covered with very wilted lettuce. Drinks were very expensive - between 15 and 20 for a cocktail - and nothing special. Overall this place needs a deep cleaning - bathrooms were filthy and trash can was overflowing. The music was so downtempo it felt like the staff had to be asleep. Skip it.

Beautiful place, excellent service starting with the girl at the entrance (whose name I don't remember) who accompanied us to the table and the waiters. Delicious food. Really recommended place!

Great place all around - fabulous atmosphere, food, and service. The food was soooo good. And the staff took it up many notches, so accommodating, attentive (without hovering), and welcoming.

The food was good, the ambiance was great, and it's quiet enough to have a conversation. I plan on coming back.

Brunch on Easter was ok. The service was good if perhaps a little slow because of the holiday perhaps. Certainly the wait staff was friendly. Food at Brunch was adequate.

This was our first time at The Dandelion and we were not disappointed. The space itself is ADORABLE. We ate in a dog-themed room upstairs with a quaint bar and cozy seating. Our waitress was lovely, and after accidentally giving us the wrong menus (brunch v. dinner) comped us both a drink AND a dessert to make up for the error (which I couldn't have cared less about). That's GREAT customer service, and the food was delicious. My son and I both had the fish and chips--yummy--and the caramel cream tart (served with pear sorbet) was the perfect end to a perfect dining experience. We will definitely be back!
