   Was great we been for a Sunday roast and it was delicious! The service was great and the decoration of the place was really beautiful. Perfect meal in a perfect place!

   Great fish and chips. The aubergine wasn't really cooked a but overall was good. The staff was great with us and very helpful.

   We went for Sunday lunch and had the chicken & vegetarian roasts. The main (chicken/ spinach Wellington) were fine but the vegetables were lack luster and very plain. For people who don’t drink alcohol there was an extremely limited drinks menu of cola or lemonade which was a bit of a shame considering how many nice mocktails or non-alcoholic gins other restaurants are offering. Overall it wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either.

   I can't rate the food as we left without eating. I felt that with a pared down menu (4 main course choices) it's only polite and good restaurant management to have all four available on a Saturday night. So rather than compromise on our choices we opted to go elsewhere. Service was perfectly pleasant.

   Couldn't fault the food, amazing, would love to go back. BUT, the service was atrocious as in the waiters seemed genuinely annoyed to have the provide us with any help. At one point the waiter said 'you people' when we asked if they had anything other than blue milk. (we needed soy milk)

   Unfortunately due to the weather the rooftop was closed but we were not previously advised and staff seemed confused by our arrival. We were sat in the restaurant, then when we decided to only take drinks multiple staff asked us if we wanted to move downstairs until we were told we had to (fair enough, we just felt staff were being strange about it!). We sat downstairs in the bar which was fine, but the cocktails were a let down... Mine tasted like soda water! I'd try this place again but only if the rooftop is open.

   I really enjoyed the evening. Great table with space , staff really helpful and asking if everything ok. Food delicious and a beautiful venue. Very calm and relaxed in there and I would really recommend it. A real mix of people and very comfortable setting. I would highly recommend and it was a great evening

   horrendous meal! it was cold, and when we complained we were told it would take 15 mins as they start from fresh again! it came back twice as bad. Raw meat, black Yorkshire pudding cooked hours ago, and still cold veg. I admit my husbands words were not good, but we had booked this meal weeks before coming and was looking forward to it, and very hungry. We are not new to Culpeper and never experienced a bad meal. The manager was rude to my husband telling him he had said enough!!! I wouldn't recommend any of my business associates or friends to go here. Extremely disappointed and shocked they could serve such a dreadful plate of food!
