Groups of 9 or more are required to dine on our set "Experience" menu. Join us for a 4-course meal that will impress you and leave you satisfied. We start off our menu with Korean fried cauliflower and blistered shishito peppers. Following this comes our smoked bacon Caesar and salmon tartare. Next is our "Pitmaster Platter" which includes; brisket, burnt ends, St. Louis style pork ribs, pulled pork, cheddar jalapeno sausage, and fried chicken. Accompanied with collard greens, coleslaw, pickles and crispy french fries. Finally, we serve you a delicious dessert platter of brownie bites, banoffee pie, caramel popcorn, candied bananas and a drizzle of caramel.

As always. Great staff. Nice venue. Noise level good and able to carry on a conversation with guests. The meats were again good (consistently so). Sides consistently good. However, we were VERY disappointed with the seafood platter at $42 per person. Portions were very small. Shrimp were small. The smoked salmon barely made an appearance. I would have expected (relative to the amazing BBQ) that the seafood would be an equal. It was not.

I'm sorry to hear that the Seafood platter didn't meet your expectations in terms of portion size. Your group had ordered the platter for three and requested for it to be split between two plates. Typically, we recommend ordering at least a "platter for two" per plate when sharing, as dividing a platter for three between two plates can make the portions appear smaller than intended. That said, we appreciate the feedback and will take it into account when communicating portion sizes and serving styles in the future. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back again soon! Came for father's day and it was amazing. Probably one of the best restaurants out there. The BBQ platter is phenomenal and even the other dishes were good. Definitely coming back.

It was a great Friday night at Carbon bar. The drinks selection was varied enough to cater to any crowd. The service and food were top notch (kudos to Angela)! Will for sure go back for date night or with friends.

My third time here and another amazing time! Staff were great! Extremely friendly and quick service. We happen to be there during happy hour which is EVERYDAY! So that was a bonus. Food was exceptional! Highly recommend.
