Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Had a great experience and food last night at the Capital Grill. Our server, Nacua, was the best and made my birthday dinner a special experience. She went above and beyond with champagne toast for my birthday celebration and provided excellent recommendations! Food is always excellent dining here!

    The waiter made a number of mistakes with our order. We ordered 2 ribeyes, a large mashed potato, and half order of corn. We received 2 ny strips, a larger mashed potato, and a half mashed potato. We immediately sent back the second mashed potato. It took us a moment to discover that we had the wrong steaks, and by that time it felt mean and wasteful to send them back so we did not say anything. It was confirmed that the waiter put the order in wrong when we received our bill and it noted 2 ny strip steaks.
