Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our server Rod and staff were amazing. Very knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, sense of humor...very good. Bartenders Dante and Ernie were exceptional. Very creative with their concoctions - delicious! Best espresso martini ever. It is quite obvious they like what they do~

    This was our first visit to Capital Grille and will definitely return. Our dinners were delicious, and atmosphere was very pleasant, quiet enough to enjoy our own conversations without feeling a need to talk louder because of noise from other diners. Very Enjoyable pre-theater dining.

    We had the Lobster/Dungess Crab cakes, French onion soup, wedge salad, Salmon and the special bone in filet for dinner. The dinner was superb and the flavors were delicious. Their passion fruit cocktail and blackberry bourbon sidecar were great drinks. For dessert , we have the crème brûlée and the coconut creme pie. Both were amazing. Our server Rob was an amazing server and made the entire experience.

    Enjoyed lunch with my bride. Delicious salmon with clam chowder and tossed salad. Service with Ruben was excellent - as always. Will return soon again.
