Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Excited to go for burgers with the group before a show at the sphere. Researched best burgers in LV, it was considered one of the best. Nothing worse than an overcooked burger. Aside from that, great wine.

    I took my wife for her birthday lunch. The service was excellent. The food presentation and taste was great and they gave us cheesecake and chocolate, mousse, and champagne for a dessert treat.

    The Capital Grille is our favorite restaurant in Las Vegas for its superior service and outstanding menu!!!  and the view is spectacular!!! Thank you Mike for taking excellent care of us!!!

    We had a wonderful lunch celebrating our anniversary! The staff was great and the food was amazing!! We normally only go for dinner but we agreed our lunch was the best we’ve had at capital grille! We will be back!

    We've dined at 3 different Capital Grille locations over the years and never had a disappointing meal. Our server on this occasion, Danielle, was attentive, professional and personable.
