Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Dave, Server, stud Robert, Manager, stud Chris A., General Manager, stud Absolutely, no reason to go to any other steakhouse or fine dining in the KOP area. Very professional staff with outstanding service and steaks. Plethora of spirit and wine choices.

    Our visit was just lovely. The service by Scott was perfect, and he did everything with a smile! The food was also perfect — there were even cards on the table for us, signed by the staff, celebrating our birthdays and anniversary. We were even treated to special desserts!

    This is our “happening spot” for all celebrations. Always a great time, best food, and excellent service. All the little details from simply adding small decor to make the table look festive, as we were celebrating a birthday.
