Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We celebrate anniversary and we had a wonderful time. I serve Davis did not rush us and make sure all of our needs were taken care of. The food and steaks were prepared perfectly. We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. Thank you.

    Wonderful experience from start to finish. Our server to great care to assist us in navigating complex dietary restrictions while still delivering a memorable evening. Food quality and service were excellent.

    Three couples celebrated their shared June anniversaries at Capital Grille (we were all married on the same June date in different years). We were welcomed by our waiter; the table had little hearts sprinkled on it, and a happy anniversary card. Throughout the evening service was very very good as was the food. First we were served a flute of champagne for a toast. We had a range of entrees, from steak to seafood. The finale was a large platter decorated with our anniversaries in chocolate writing, and dessert pieces for us all to enjoy, gratis. Capital Grille made our anniversary dinner really special, with very good service, food and ambience. We all thank you.

    We celebrated our anniversary with a festive and delicious meal. Food, service, and ambience were all excellent. Sparkling red hearts adorned the table, complimentary champagne to toast our anniversary and a special dessert made for a delightful evening.

    Relaxing atmosphere, outstanding service, and the most incredible food. Steak was not only cooked to perfection (medium plus) but upon request the chef made a special rub that I believe included fresh fresno chili powder, butter, parmesan, bread crumbs and jalapenos. This rub needs to be added to the menu!

    Amazing as always! However, If you’re going to post a dress code on a sign when you walk in then enforce it. There was a couple before us dressed like they were headed to Applebee’s. Just simply seat them in the bar or tell them “Sorry folks. Not today.”

    Our service was 5 star with our server Michael. Food was outstanding! Celiac safe; chef and Michael were very knowledgeable and accommodating to us. Best service to keep us safe with delicious food.
