Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Amazing food and service. There is a reason Chestnut Hill Capital Grille is always booked. It is the best. Better than other CG in the area and certainly above all other area restaurants. Steaks are perfect, mashed potatoes whipped to perfection and incredible desserts. Service always top notch.

    Lights were so low for ambiance that we could not read the menu without our phone flashlight. But the food was delicious as always! Still a great meal!

    Very overpriced. Spent $350 on dinner that was good but nothing special. Could have had a more enjoyable meal for half that price. Bottle of wine was mediocre

    I have been to this Capital grill many many times. For the first time I did not like my Cobb salad, the one thing I order every time. The beef was refrigerator cold and the lettuce wilted. I also hat just a few ends of the filet and no middle sliced

    As always, we had my birthday dinner at Capital Grille. Medium rare fillet mignon couldn't be better cooked. Seafoods are delicious and fresh all the time. We were lucky to have our favorite server, Matthew. He made our dinner very pleasant again.

    Our luncheon today was perfect. Our waiter was terrific and super friendly! He was wonderful. He timed everything perfectly so that we were able to just talk. Thank you very much ! Food was delicious as always with the birthday plate a real bonus. Thank you again
