Cannery Seafood of the Pacific has been a fixture to Newport Beach for over 95 years. We are located in the Cannery Village, specializing in more than the freshest and most flavorful seafood.     Great location, right on the water. Wonderful server, who was attentive but didn’t rush us at all. Food was excellent, especially lobster roll and crab cake.

    Good food as always even with the fixed menu. Service a tad slower than usual but took care of all requests from our party, no matter how absurd.

    The view is nice but food was marginal for Easter brunch. Disappointed in the food at the price they were charging. But hostess was very nice.

    The location is great for a nice dinner by the water. The sail up and dine option is really cool if there is space at the dock. I think they reserve and you can call ahead to check space available. Good food and menu choices. Primarily seafood as you would expect. Great service that was friendly, fast, and very attentive. Had the Mahi Mahi and the scallops. Both very good. Lively and fun atmosphere.

    The Cannery is always charming and this night she sparkled. Started with the Sushi rolls and the Beet salad for our table to share. More than enough for 4 people and absolutely delicious. The Mahi mahi was perfection and everyone loved the Cioppino. Cocktails were pretty and nice sized pours. Our waiter made the whole evening fun and friendly.

    Wow! I’ve never experienced anything that could top this. Everything from appetizers to entrees to wine and dessert was superb. Even our grandchild’s salmon was terrific. From now on I have no other high level restaurant aspirations other than The Cannery.
