The 10 Cases is an unpretentious buzzing little bistrot with wine as its main focus. We only ever buy 10 cases of the wines that you will find on our short list in order to constantly try new things rather than settle for a list of old favorites. We only have 10 tables, which you can book for lunch or dinner. We also have an outside terrace, bar counter and Cave a Vin next door which remain reservation free for drinks and snacks. Our menu revolves around a monthly changing offering of tapas style dishes and sharing plates, 3 entrees, 3 mains and 3 desserts as well as a selection of daily changing specials.

The 10 Cases is always a real treat. It can be quite noisy which is a minus if you are hard of hearing! But the food more than makes up for it. I had the delicious cauliflower soup followed by the soft shell crab with avocado--always a favourite. The service is impeccable and we really feel well looked after when we eat there. It isn't the cheapest place to eat, especially as you have to pay for the bread.

I've been wanting to come here for awhile and so glad I finally did, as it did not disappoint. From the service, to the wine, to the cheese board, and the delicious mains, I can't recommend The 10 Cases enough. We ordered the burrata and cheese board to start, which were very fresh and varying in textures/flavours. For dinner, my friend and I split the beef cheek gnocchi and the sole, which were divine and both specials of the evening. The gnocchi was so tender and the sauce was perfect. My other friend had the vegetarian wellington which she loved. Lastly, the wine list is vast and intriguing. Absolutely loved everything we tried.

Always a good option for this area, I have to say the service at the Bistro is always more hasty than the cave a vin, however on a Saturday night if you want certainty of a seat there isn't much of an alternative than booking the bistro

It’s a nice place in a nice area and the small dishes are excellent. I thought the service was rushed and unnecessarily so as there was nobody waiting for the table when I finished my meal. The food was nice, but the main dish described as a ‘sharing dish’ is expensive and unnecessarily so in my opinion. Wine list is okay . Would I go back? Maybe. I think a quick bite at the bar and a glass of wine would be the way to go about visiting 10C’s
