   Waited twenty min for our reservation, waitress missed a quarter of our parties drink orders, and then never offered the back half of our table any meat. When it came time for our bills every single bill was messed up, one couple never even received a bill! Waited over thirty min for the bills to be fixed and they didn’t fix them. Spoke to the manager and his response was oh… That’s it. Considering I’ve been a frequent patron of the Cleveland area Texas de Brazil I’m severely disappointed In the service and food at this location. I will never come back to the Pittsburgh location.

   The food was not worth the price this yr. The meats were overcooked and fatty. The salad bar was not like it used to be. Last Easter they had a lot more options. This year there was not any fruits on salad bar except some pineapple. We will not be back it was not worth the 345.00 plus tip for 4 people.

   We've eaten here many times and understand that holidays can be busy but this is the worst trip we've had so far. We sat kind of far away from the food areas just based on where they put us and we were rarely seen. The meats would run out before they made it out to us and we rarely saw half of what came out. I watched several times as this happened. Our waitress also seemed frazzled and seemed to have a hard time balancing her tables because I waited about 25 minutes just to get the soda I ordered. More disappointing than usual.

   Always a great meal and exceptional service. The holiday brunch is wonderful no matter which one we go to.

   My group of 10 go about once a year and this has been by far our best visit. Our waitress, alicia, was absolutely fantastic! The food was good and our table was the best! Usually we feel crammed together not only with each other but with others, but we had the perfect table tonight. Zero complaints and our waitress made it even better!

   Been here a few times: overall ok meats were not very tender and very chewy salad bar was amazing

   Hostess was rude to me and my mother in law and was absolutely miserable acting and looking. Our server tried his best but was overwhelmed and hardly ever got us refills. we had to wait 20-30 minutes in between getting meat served to the table . was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in awhile and it’s too bad because my daughter loves this place and we were there celebrating her 17th birthday.

   When I walked in, it took about a minute for a hostess to greet us. When she asked if we were celebrating anything, I responded by saying that we are there for a fancy dinner. I was there with my husband and 2 young boys. She did not respond or even smile. I was seated immediately with my reservation. Arianna was our server. From the beginning, she was amazing. She was very friendly and welcoming. There was a point where my son said something about french fries, and Arianna showed up with french fries. She impressed us. The salad bar was impressive. I loved the lobster bisque. The servers with the meat were friendly and very polite. We had a few pieces that were very fatty, but our favorite were the bbq wings and filet. We also bought dessert, the Brazilian cheesecake and citrus creme brulee. Both were delicious. We did leave dinner with a wonderful experience.

    I took my three kids there for my son’s 15th birthday dinner. Great service! The manager was concerned that my oldest wasn’t eating and made sure to send all the chicken over to our table when he found out that he enjoyed chicken more than red meat! They went above and beyond to make sure we all were happy. In the end my son didn’t eat anything (special needs) they didn’t charge me for him. That being said make sure the people you take know absolutely how this dining experience is! I wouldn’t have left him home because it was a birthday celebration but if it was just a night out I would have left him home. Wonderful experience overall. My daughter 11 loved the potato’s au gratin at the hot food bar and raved about the lamb chops. My 15 year old was all about the red meat! I enjoyed the passion fruit dessert which I took to go! The fresh cheese and other charcuterie was a favorite. The plantains in the brown sugar were amazing!
