Service was very slow. Gauchos did not come by or area often. We needed to flag down a few. Our server did not come by often and often forgot about our requests for water, Pão de queijo, and bananas. The quality of the picanha ao alho was not good because they did not remove the connective tissue and membrane.

The food was very good! Our server started off really well but towards the end it felt as though he was annoyed we kept eating more meat. Big eaters in my family! Then when he passed out the checks, he accidentally added an extra dessert and we told him about it. He went to fix them and still came back with the added dessert but just on another check. When my brother in law mentioned it, he got a really bad attitude and said, fine, I'll take it off. I think maybe he misunderstood and thought we were trying to get it for free? But it was literally an extra charge. We know mistakes happen...we weren't rude or mad about it. When he brought the checks for us to sign, he didn't even say, "Thank you" or "Bye" or anything. He literally just set them in front of us and walked away. What was a really nice Father's Day dinner kind of left us all feeling bummed out. Overall it was very yummy though!

I made a reservation over a month ago. We were sat in the back corner. It took 25 Minutes to get our drinks. We had to ask the server for circle red/green. We waiting over 20 minutes for meat to come to our table. We requested 3 times a certain meat before they actually came. We asked multiple people. Our drinks never got refilled until we asked another server to please refill our drinks. Worst experience was when we got our bill and they charged us 62.00 dollars for our two year old who didnt even have one helping. They said that is what they charge for children. For almost 600 dollars for 5 people it was not worth it.

The restaurant was really packed and loud. We were there to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and was never even offered desert even after I told the hosts and our waiter it was his birthday. The meat service was good. They came around often enough. The buffet part was a bit messy, but again the place was jam packed. Overall it was a 6/10. Would probably go back but not for a while.

The last time we came was two years ago and it was quite good value and the good quality was good. This time, I booked this for Father’s Day for my husband and dad and there were 4 adults 2 children. The tables were all too close together which made going to the salad bar and getting the meat people to come to the table an issue, the food quality was terrible. Some of the food was inedible, I had a sirloin that was so chewy I had to spit it out. The salad bar has very limited options and the sides are microwave quality at best. For $480 for 6 people two of which were children, one who ate literally nothing but a piece of bread but was still charged $32. We will never return, do yourself a favor and go to a local steak restaurant instead. The price may be the same but the value will be so much better.

The food is always delicious with a lot of choices and the service is attentive, helpful, and kind. This visit was lunch for Father's Day and they were very accommodating when I was running late but my dad had already arrived. One of our favorite restaurants, especially for special celebrations.

The staff was absolutely lovely from our waiter to the guys bringing around the cuts of meat. I didn’t get the guys name but he told us to try the top sirloin with chimichurri on the Brazilian cheese bread, he was right it was fantastic and the best thing we had all night. He was very attentive with whatever favorites we liked making sure he brought it over to us.
