Even after having a reservation it still took more than 30minutes to seat us. It appeared that a walkin was seated before us. The food bar area was unclean with food scattered around and gnats. The Jasmine rice which is usually delicious was hard and unflavored. The only good thing was our waiter was excellent and the meats were in frequent rotation. When paying for fine dining I expected much better. I went on Father’s Day and they were clearly overbooked. My reservation was at 2pm, the group next to us had a reservation for 2:30, my party and their party were at around 2:35, now how is that fair that we had to wait over 30mins?

Don’t sit at the tables next to the stairs. The food will pass right by 9 out of 10 times. It was very hot, and uncomfortable. We had 3 different servers and none of them made an effort to keep up with our drinks or even bring us plates for the meat. Overall we were disappointed

Definitely will return. Outstanding service by the staff the waiter Michael. He goes above and beyond in serving his customers. It is my understanding Michael is a veteran server with nearly 20 years of experience with the company. I will highly suggest trying to beef ribs, very tender and slow cooked and the barbecue sauce is proof to the much desired greatness of the south barbecue ribs flavor.

The restaurant and the food was great, the service, not so great, our waiter was unkempt, hair a mess, unshaven, sloppily dressed, improperly handled drinking glasses and plates…. I brought two people there to be impressed and I was embarrassed, luckily the food and restaurant overshadowed this and made for a good experience, but it certainly could be improved by proper wait staff.

The food continues to get worse. The meat rotation is so slow and when it does come, it’s cold. The fact that lamb chops are now a la carts is upsetting, especially since they’re not even made the same and are 1/2 the size as they were before. Terrible experience.
