The price of the food compared to the value was overrated. A family of 4, with two kids under 8, was $250 without tip. A child’s plate costs 27.99 each and there are NO child menu items expect for French fries. We were originally seated by an open door at the entrance. Then requested to be moved upstairs. Water was leaking from the air conditioner vent we sat under onto my kid. The meats were all subpar. The sides( French fries, mashed potatoes and fried plantains) were nothing exceptional. Would not recommend. This was our first visit and we won’t be returning.

We were sat upstairs. If they are going to have a salad bar they should have a salad bar upstairs too. It’s very inconvenient to have to carry plates and bowls of hot soup up stairs or walking long distances to an elevator. Before seating they should ask if upstairs is ok.

Our server was absolutely wonderful! Very attentive and wanted to make we received to cuts we wanted. I only scored 4 because the lobster bisque was out for a while and when a fresh batch came out it was a bit watery but still delicious. TDB has been and still is one of our favorite restaurants. It wouldn’t be if the food and service were not consistent.

Dining at Texas de Brazil has been a cherished Father’s Day tradition for our family, especially for my husband who has always enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately, it saddens me to say that this may be the last year we continue that tradition. The bill for two adults and our three children (ages 5, 10, and 12) came to around $300 after tip. While the price point itself wouldn’t typically be an issue, it becomes harder to justify when the food and service fail to meet expectations. The most disappointing aspect was the service from the gauchos—the staff bringing the meats. They were noticeably slow in approaching our table and often skipped us altogether, even though nearby tables were being served more promptly and consistently. My husband repeatedly requested his meat at a specific temperature, but those requests were ignored, which was especially frustrating given that this was a celebration for him. As for the food, it was decent but not remarkable—certainly not on par with the premium price tag. The overall experience lacked the energy, attentiveness, and quality we’ve come to associate with Texas de Brazil in years past. It’s disheartening to watch a once-beloved tradition lose its spark, but this visit simply didn’t live up to the standard or the sentiment.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had the food was okay not great. The service was awful we got no refills very few meat selections. Overall I would recommend going somewhere else. $400 meal and we were treated about like McDonald’s. Awful, Horrible don’t do it.

I made this reservation well in advance. I feel like we got put at a very inconvenient location upstairs right by the bar. You might think this wouldve guaranteed us good service, but it did not. We constantly had to flag down staff for every request. Even a simple plate took several minutes to get and our main waitress fawned over the table next to us while walking by us without speaking. The restaurant is poorly laid out and you have to travel up two staircases balancing your salad and soup. My wife decided not to sit in the aisle seat and took one at the back of the table, then making it difficult for the gauchos to server her. This was meant as a celebration dinner for several in our party of 5 and it made the experience mundane. I've been to several Texas de Brazil restaurants, we will not be going back to this location.
