El restaurante es una auténtica churrasquería brasileño-estadounidense que combina las gastronomías del sur de Brasil con el generoso espíritu de Texas. Never been here before but heard great things. It was okay, the server was very helpful and very pleasant. It did take a while for the meat to come around and when it did, it was okay - some of it was a little tough, a couple of different pieces were nice but overall, not as good as I expected. Maybe it was an off night as it was through the week.

The only chain I look forward to going to. The food is always outstanding. However, the floor was SO slippery. Wear your no-slips! The service was a bit slow, and one of our gauchos was extremely angry, which was a bit off-putting. We just skipped the spicy sirloin and enjoyed the rest. Our server was very friendly, but slow to bring drinks, forgot our requests, and spilled water filling glasses. I think she was distracted by a table of “gentlemen” nearby. It was a very enjoyable birthday, but surprising that they didn’t acknowledge it in any way. Not a deal breaker by any means, but strange for a chain.

Brandon was an absolute delight! He was quick with getting our drinks a refills and followed our lead with ever we needed. He had a great personality and really vibed well with us!

Had a 7pm reservation and didn’t get sat until 745. We had a limo so we were on a time schedule. Don’t mind waiting but 45 minutes was a bit much. Server was great and food was awesome.

The food is good, the atmosphere is OK. They are unable to split a check. So if you have a large party, you have to do the math yourself and figure out the bill per person and they can only use up to five cards to pay for it. When we asked the waitress why that was, she said they had had people skip out on the bill of large parties and they actually prefer it this way. I’m glad it works well for them, but I am the paying customer and it did not work well for us. There has to be a better solution for this.
