   Our server Jules was extraordinary. It was quite cold and our server and the manager arranged for the heat to be warmer. So thoughtful. The meals were all exceptional, including a wonderful cappuccino with a shot of espresso in it and a perfectly prepared pot of herbal tea. Not all of our party liked everything on the dessert board, so next time we will try individual desserts. Terrain Cafe at Glen Mills is a unique and special place.

   It was FREEZING we had to keep out coats on the entire time and we were still cold. Disappointed as we were very uncomfortable the entire evening.

   It's a delightful space with consistently good food. The greenhouse ambience is generally delightful but the noise level is too loud. I doubt that there's anything that can be done about it, and it doesn't seem to bother anyone (but myself and my dining companion). Today was uncomfortable though: somewhere in the back they kept opening a door (delivery? trash?) and frigid air would blast through. We had to keep putting on and removing our coats. We were freezing and uncomfortable. I won't go back until the weather warms up a bit!

   The place was really delicious and I loved the outdoor tent. The only small issue was whoever my server was, charged my card incorrectly and I had to dispute it with my CC company. I left a cash tip and wrote my total bill on the receipt indicating no tip on card and he still charged my card the total with the tip included so he must’ve gotten $40 tip. I disputed it and my CC company gave me my money back but still-I hope that he had to give that additional money back.

   As much as I love to sit inside the garden, this is probably the 5th time I’ve been here and honestly, I’m always disappointed in the food.  And it was extremely loud in the garden house and I just wasn’t impressed so I think I’m pretty much done with coming here and giving them a chance.  I had  a breakfast item which was the poached eggs on top of Panko crusted avocado with cauliflower and it was just a plate full of just mush and slimy eggs with no taste whatsoever. The avocado was mushy. It just wasn’t what I expected, my friend got the chicken pot pie and that was also pretty tasteless. Just look like flour and water with hardly and chicken or vegetables in it. Just really disappointing I’m sorry to say since this place is so pretty inside.

   Great service. Food was cold and not flavorful. Super disappointing. Items were replaced in the dish without notifying us. Server helped but the option was not satisfying.

    We spent nearly 10 minutes wandering around outside in the cold and inside through the garden store before we even found the restaurant. They have very poor signage and the entire place is like a giant maze. It was cold and too dark to read the menu. Food choices were limited but the food was pretty good. They do not accommodate people with food allergies very well.We probably will not go back.
