Tavola is a terrific West End neighbourhood restaurant, serving modern Italian food with quality ingredients. Tavola continues the tradition of sharing food - family style, in a warm, contemporary environment. The dining room reflects a convivial atmosphere. Our Covid-19 dining room is at reduced capacity with tables 6 feet apart.

Burrata from the antipasto section is the place to start along with artisan proscuitto and salami - sliced to order. We offer a long list of specials including crostinis and salads using seasonal local ingredients. Also setting Tavola apart is the commitment to housemade Pastas and sauces - toothsome and hearty. Share some with friends and family along with one of our Big Plates - steak, roast chicken, braised meats and fish, prepared as classic Italian platters.

Great food, great service. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Can’t even decide what I liked the most - we had the salami platter, burrata, pear crostini, cacio e pepe and the gnocchi. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. We’ll definitely be back.

The only problem is that the staff in the kitchen are not wearing a mask or shield which poses risk for contamination of the dishes during cooking/preparation if one of the cooks has caught Covid-19. Already raised our concerns to the manager.

Great food, service, knowledgeable, friendly staff.. this restaurant NEVER disappoints!!! I’ve never had a bad meal there ! Since COVID, the restaurant is prepared, and feels safe ! I would recommend trying this establishment Sit on the patio if you can!

We ordered the brick chicken and pasta. Both were very delicious!! Only thing is I feel like the distance between each table is kinda close. And it very crowded.

Nice meal. Terrific server. Asked for a table outside because I have always found it too loud inside to carry on a conversation. Front patio was great noise wise and the food was very good. Great evening all round.
