This was our first time there as a girls' weekend, and the food was subpar. The fries were cold, the eggs benedict were cold, but the salmon was fantastic. The waitress was very nice and attentive. There was live music that was perfect. I would go back to have drinks but not for a meal.

Excellent service and food very good. It is the iconic Central Park brunch experience. We brought friends visiting from Germany and we all really enjoyed it.

Sun filled gorgeous setting for Sunday brunch. The service was exceptional. The food was delicious.the Bloody Mary was perfectly spiced. Do not miss this NYC treasure!

Exemplary service and beautiful restaurant! The food was very good, too! My husband even got a bday card, a slice of bday cake with a scoop of ice cream on the house! Thank you for helping make my husband’s bday dinner wonderful!

I don’t think I would ever have brunch here again. Despite having a reservation, our party of three waited 45 minutes to be seated. Staff was not communicative or apologetic about this at all, to the extent that we maybe thought they were confused, but we confirmed with them more than once that we were there for a reservation and not walk-ins. We were not offered a place to sit down, beverages, an explanation or an apology at any point. Overall, it was not the experience I would expect from Tavern on the Green.

Initially seated next to the bar in a very very dark spot not decorated at all like the rest. Make sure to ask for the “real” nice seatings. No matcha option unfortunately. Quite pricey, which can be worth but for the location only

What an amazing oasis in NYC! Live music and great service with excellent food. Definitely get a table outdoors if the weather allows.
