Tavern & Table is the dream child of Cecil & Dianne Crowley, Andy Palmer & Jeff Condon. After years of working together on various successful restaurant concepts, they wanted to bring together the very best aspects of fine dining and casual hospitality in a beautiful and comfortable setting. Tavern & Table is more than a restaurant, it was created to be a gathering place where people sit in comfort and share small plates for the table or enjoy a hearty meal. The bartenders know the fine art of cocktail making and their interest in flavor and presentation comes alive in not only in the food but in barrel aged cocktails that are created in-house.

    Expected a bit more ambiance in the dining room. We were given a nice table looking at the creek with 2 large families on both sides of us so it was noisy. No tablecloths or place mats for dinner. Our waitress did a great job taking care of us and helping us with our menu choice. Food was good. Great place for drinks and casual dinner not so great for an anniversary celebration.

    Our visit was just okay. The food wasn't bad, but the menu is quite limited and not what we expected for a restaurant located on Shem Creek. The vibe was definitely subdued, a surprise given that most of the restaurants in the area were hopping.

    This is a great visit to Tavern and table. There were four of us. We all enjoyed our food. The service was great ambience fantastic. The view was perfect. We sat outside on the water and saw dolphins and kayaks. The porch did fill up and it got quite noisy, but other than that, it was wonderful.

    Brought out of town guests here because it was recommended by friends. Main courses came before our appetizers and poke bowls were not good - tuna didn’t look fresh and dish lacked flavor. I doubt we’ll be back.
