   My wife and I ate there last night for our Valentines dinner while staying at the Hotel Emma. Great looking spot, but once we got food it was downhill from there. We ordered appetizers - Baked Oysters, Brussels Sprouts and a Cesar salad. Only thing edible was the Cesar salad, which was actually quite good. Oysters were still raw and room temp - they had not been cooked and the Brussels sprouts weren't good. For entrees we had 2 Filets and sides. Both of our Filets came out cold. Best part of the meal was the Strawberry Crumble. Wine glass had lipstick on it - which I cleaned off.... I don't ever post negative reviews - but this meal just wasn't good. However, on a positive note our server was nice and it's a beautiful spot.

   We went for Valentine’s Day and they had a prefixed menu with a wonderful wine pairing.  we sat at the chefs counter.  Perfect Valentine’s Day experience.

   The food and drinks were great. However I made a reservation on Jan 6th for Feb 14th for a table inside. When we got there, they said there weren’t any tables inside and put us at a table outside where it was cold and raining. They offered us blankets and hand warmers instead of trying to accommodate our request to move inside. It was only after we said we were going to leave that a table inside magically became open and they moved us. Probably won’t ever go here again. I don’t understand how I can make a reservation over a month in advance only to be treated that way.

   Wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner. Service was on point with a great team effort. Our food and wine pairing was delicious. We will definitely put Supper back on our regular dining out rotation.

   My wife and I love to celebrate special occasions at Supper! The wait staff are always so welcoming, the food and atmosphere are great, and our server Luke was very friendly.

   Supper always meets my expectations; it's one of my favorite places for its ambiance and delicious menu, offering an exquisite experience for both the palate and the eyes. Paul and Mercedes made ou time celebrating my daughter's birthday, more enjoyable with their excellent service and delightful conversation. I highly recommend Supper 100%.

   We went for Sunday Brunch and our table was ready right away. Unfortunately it took a very long time for our food to arrive, and when it did - most of it was cold. The Omlette and Eggs Royale were room temperature, and one of the orders of potatoes were the same. We did let two people know about the cold food, and they said they would let the chef know. Overall it was pretty disappointing - and not nearly as good as previous visits.

    Saturday morning brunch. Not super busy. Several unbused tables around us. Cinnamon bun was dry and generic. Left the impression that it was at least a day old. Eggs Royal ordered with lox but came with ham. Once returned they were good. My wife’s avocado toast was ok. Her poached egg on the side was overcooked. Had to ask for water to be refilled twice. Waitress was professional but i left with the impression that her bussers need more experience or lack guidance. I am a local. Have been here before and similar experiences over the last 2-3 years. Do not plan to return. Best of luck to the new Chef. Hope he is given power to steer the ship well. 2/2 updated review. I thought about it more and decided to downgrade. Just unacceptable for a restaurant in the only Michelin starred hotel in Texas.
