We were so disappointed with last night’s dinner and we were so looking forward to it. Maybe it was just an off night? Or an inexperienced server? Ambience is great — we loved the restaurant when we walked in and were seated quickly. The waiter arrived fairly quickly took our order for drinks. Red sangria was just ok, beer and coke were great. We placed an order for an appetizer — it took over 20 minutes to arrive. The waiter checked in a couple times but couldn’t seem to figure out where our order was. It arrived and was ok. Our meals arrived. All of the fries were brown, not burned but probably need to change the oil — and shouldn’t have been served because they weren’t good. Hamburger was ok. Eggplant parm sandwich was ok, lobster roll was not good. Stale roll, salty(?) lobster? Ordered a second glass of wine which never arrived. We gave up, paid and left. I might give the restaurant another try — it had nice outdoor seating. But I wouldn’t order dinner again

Friendly service by pm bartender, Jessica. She is so pleasant and accommodating. Food was good. Excellent service. Greeter had told us that outside patio wasn't open for food service. Then seated others outside for food service. Greeter should have apologized, but didn't. Bartender did apologize even though she hadn't made the mistake. Greeter was otherwise friendly.

Everything was great except the service. Although everyone was very polite the service was slow. Hoping the next time, the service will be faster & the quality of the food & drinks will stay delicious!

Overall the food and service where very good. The challenge was it was very, very loud and we had terrible holding a conversation. That said, the food was good, the server was very cordial. If you can get there at a quieter time it is a good choice

The food was overpriced! I ordered augratin potatoes that were approximately 2x2” for $10. The garlic shrimp had no flavor. The dinners that came with 2 sides are now à la cart for almost the same price. I don’t think I will be going back as well as not recommend.

Dining at Stone's is always like visiting friends. I had an ordering hiccup tonight, but, as always, Stone's took care of it with friendliness and professionalism. Love Stone's!

Stones Public House has a great menu, and had a special St Patrick’s Day menu as well. Corn beef and cabbage and Sheperd’s pie were both delicious with the right amount of veggies and meat. Stone’s is always a good dining experience: both consistent and caring.

Excellent food and service, even more so given the St. Patrick's day festivities.
