We were greeted warmly and seated timely. The service was excellent and our waitress demonstrated that she cared about our experience. While the presentation of the food was lovely, I expected the plates to be hot. They were not. Therefore our hot food was unable to sustain an acceptable temperature throughout our dining. I would encourage the chef and kitchen staff to warm the plates in the oven prior to plating the food and thus serving it.
