   Great food , as usual, from salad and soup( strawberry gazpacho!) to entrees to crème brûlée ! Stella’s is still the best around!

   Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for Easter brunch. No mention of a different menu. When we get there we are told there’s a set menu with no substitutions allowed. You must order a ‘starter’ and an entree. Problem is all the starters are lunch items. Not really wanting a salad or deviled eggs before my French Toast. So my $16 French Toast turned into a $36 set menu item with an egg and a half of a deviled egg. Won’t be returning.

   This was our first dining experience at Stella's Bistro. Friends of our's recommended we try it out. We were first very impressed by the customer service provided by the Hostess as well as our Waiter. We were seated upon arrival and our Waiter immediately provided service when we were seated. Both were very welcoming and respectful. We ordered the Thursday Lunch Special. Our meal began with a most delicious House Salad that was fresh and topped off with an amazing in house dressing. Unfortunately, the main course of chicken was over cooked and charred which made the meat quite dry and difficult to cut. The portions were decent for a Lunch Menu Item. As for the price of that which we received, I would say it was fair. Tea, Salad, and and entre consisting of Chicken, red potatoes, and Brocoli with mushrooms is worth $15.00. But we did end on a very delightful note...Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie...But again costly..$11.00..A very expensive Lunch but the atmosphere was just what we needed..quiet..and being served with kindness...We will definitely come back..

   Stella’s brunch was phenomenally delightful on a Saturday afternoon!! We truly appreciated the atmosphere and the ability to dine and enjoy meaningful conversation while appreciating delicious food. All 3 of us were pleased with our food choices and the taste was so fresh and perfectly blended with herbs and spices. We look forward to enjoying this locally sourced and excellently prepared cuisine again in this pleasantly little tucked away treasure in the bustle of busy Simpsonville!

   Food did not have much seasoning and drink was poor. My partner liked the steak and potatoes, but be warned they are very large portions !

   We just moved to Simpsonville and are looking to try restaurants here. I noticed Stella’s while driving by and decided it should be one of our first choices. It did not disappoint! The restaurant offers a variety of delicious menu options, as well as some lovely wine selections. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable about menu and wine selections. We hope to return soon.

   As usual, wonderful wine, and food experience. The wine tasting was excellent. The hosts were knowledgeable and engaging.

   Wow. Blown away by the food quality, prices and service. This is what eating out is supposed to be like. Cheaper than dining at any chain, fresh food locally sourced and really wonderful staff.

    We had lunch-my husband had the fried green tomato sandwich with bacon Superb! I had the lunch special--$15 Delish chicken piccato with roasy potatoes and spinach and wild mushrooms. Could not have been better. No restaurants in Greenville can compete with the quality and cooking of Stella's.
