   Food was great as always experienced at the Biltmore Estate properties. Danny, our server, was outstanding and her attention made our meal extra special. I noticed this time that all of the staff really worked together helping each other out. That was nice to see.

   The staff was friendly, the food was delicious. Customer service was top notch. The decor of having a restaurant in a stable was so cool!

   Our appetizers, meals, and drinks were delicious. We were sadly disappointed in the buckeye cake. Very dry! Service was excellent. My Christmas margarita was remarkable! I need to figure out the recipe for home. Overall WONDERFUL experience

   Took 30 minutes from our reservation time to get a table, but the food was very good as well as service and our server.

   The hostess/host of the restaurant were completely overwhelmed. The line to check in for reservations was long and it was unclear if guests should go to front of line to let the restaurant know the party was there for their reservation, as the time for the allotted reservation was past due to the long wait. we were sat for dinner 30 min late which created a problem to make our biltmore house tour . We had made adequate time between dinner and tour time, (90 minutes) but the late seating made dinner a rush instead of a pleasure. The host looked anxious and did not greet us or take the initiative to explain everyone was being seated late and they were running behind. Instead he avoided eye contact and customers were left standing in line worrying their reservation was not being honored or unsure if they should go to the front of the line try to check in to let them know their party was there. Bad first impression. Despite that .. our server, Carmen , was calm, relaxed and very pleasant. She was efficient, yet friendly and our food came out quickly and was delicious. She saved the day .

   We have eaten at the Stable many times. Every time we go we like eating there more and more. It has been a tradition to eat at the Stable when we tour the Biltmore House.

   The Stable Cafe is a family favorite! We have dined at the Stable Cafe for several years prior to enjoying the Biltmore House tour during Candlelight Christmas. The 3-course meal (starter, entree and dessert) option offers a lot of options and flexibility. This year the chocolate mousse desert was a bit hit with our group. One family member is celiac and the Stable Cafe has many GF options. Each year we feel that we've had the "best" experience and the next year we leave saying the same thing! Thank you to the chef and staff (and Daniel our exaptational server) at Stable Cafe for a memorable evening. See you next year!
