El hogar original de Fergus Henderson, el "Nose to Tail Eating", abrió sus puertas en un antiguo ahumadero situado en la esquina del mercado de Smithfield en 1994. El St. John celebra los productos británicos indígenas más destacados y saca el máximo partido de los mejores productos de temporada, a la vez que utiliza técnicas de cocina sencillas. We have come here every trip we take to London over the past 15 years, and every time it is exceptional. This experience was very special because we were able to bring our 8 year old son who enjoyed it just as much as we did. The bone marrow is still the best, but today's pigs head was absolutely amazing. The service was exceptional, and you can really feel how happy the staff is to work there and together. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience, yet again. We will be back! I encourage everyone to go an enjoy this remarkable establishment.

St. John has been at the top of our list of restaurants to visit for a long time. We live in the US and cook from Fergus Henderson's books often. We had an excellent lunch in the dining room and a few bites at the bar for dinner. We enjoyed the ambiance more in the bar area. It was livelier and had more natural light. It also smelled amazing, with the bakery right there. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Our favourite place to eat when visiting London - and I love the buzz of excitement not knowing what's on the lunch menu until 11am on the day! Food was on point as always. I was so full I *almost* didn't have room for our usual freshly baked madeleines. Heartily recommend.
