   Food and service were really excellent and worth the wait for a reservation. Pacing on the meal wasn’t rushed…really enjoyed it. Our only criticisms (expressed at different times by all four of us) was 1) the REALLY dark stairs coming down into the restaurant. Even with glasses on, lamps and a hand rail, it was still too dark to get a secure look at where the stairs were. Scary! 2) we had a booth in the bar which we don’t mind, but the music was loud and was difficult for my husband to hear all the conversation. I don’t know whether it was loud in the restaurant area but we would’ve enjoyed our experience even more if we didn’t feel we were yelling across the table.

   Awesome food. Awesome service. I’m eat a plant based (vegan) diet and they were so accommodating. They offered a vegan eggplant parm (no parm) that was to die for. Get the garlic bread…it’s super garlicky and delicious. My spouse had had the cacio e peppe and left completely happy. Great for a special occasion. FYI, it’s very dark in the restaurant. Main lighting is candles. Very romantic.

   Short rib capellacci was excellent! The music was far too loud to enjoy the ambiance. The serving sizes have decreased significantly and I don’t feel the value is there anymore.

   Sotto never disappoints. The service is always above and beyond. The food is incredible every time. Can’t get enough of this place

   Finally got in to Sotto after a long time. Service was excellent. Food was as good as ever. Still one of the best in Cincinnati.

   Top 3 meals of all time🤩 Each dish is perfectly crafted and there are no bad choices, but if you’re having trouble deciding Molly and the rest of the staff are perfectly knowledgeable and will steer you in the right direction! 11/10!
