   This restaurant was in a building next to our hotel in Arlington, so easy to walk to. The ratings on Open Table were better than on Yelp and I think this is because Open Table is more of the dinner crowd vs lunch or breakfast. I am responding for dinner - delicious. Good pasta, pizza (aka flatbread on this menu) and wine. Fun lighting throughout the restaurant, great bar.

   Food was above average and service satisfactory. I would say above average for a hotel restaurant. Very convenient if staying at any hotels in that block as restaurants are limy.

   We went for a family dinner there. Food and drink was good and everyone enjoyed it. They have a selective food items on the menu and do not have a variety.Had a good customer service experience with a good ambiance. Price was little higher than what it would cost in other places. But Renaissance is a 4/5 start hotel and taking it in consideration price of the food would be higher by nature. Overall we had a good experience at this place. If you want to have a nice family dinner in a quiet place with a cozy atmosphere that’s the place to go.

   Walking in there no one to greet or seat us after having reservations also putting request. Then after sitting it took another 30 min to just get water n drink. Then we ordered appetizers and entrees that didn’t came until 45 min omg it’s the worse experience specially I went with family just embarrassing. Also as Bonvoy members I asked if I can use my membership to earn the points since I spend good money. The staff were clueless. I would love to get my money back or something i never been this embarrassed with family what I had to face in this restaurant socci

   Food was okay and to be expected as this is not a first class restaurant. Service was terrible. They need to hire more waiters especially for special events. We had to wait for quite some time to be attended. Noise level was a bit high due to the restaurant’s close proximity to the hotel lobby.

    The pasta is overcooked, my main complaint. The service was not attentive. It was so so. I wouldn’t go back, there are too many Italian restaurants.
