   Love the new look of Smugglers, though found it very cold inside, we had to keep our coats on. I had the chicken pot pie but found it to be too salty. My friend had the chef's salad which she found to be good.

   Our food took an hour and it was not busy over lunch. One order was also incorrect and had to be sent back

   Smugglers staff went above and beyond to make a birthday celebration a memorable occasion. The food was amazing and the birthday dessert was delicious!

   The ambiance and nostalgia if the restaurant was lovely, however the pop music blasting on a Saturday night at 6pm, no fireplaces lit, and salad bar now gone, does not justify the prices of food provided. There was no bread, my ribs had so much sauce I could only eat a few, and with a $40 price tag with a side of fries?? There a better options for food in the area.

   Price for dinner and drinks are extremely expensive since covid. Sad to see the salad bar gone . I would recommend to anyone that can afford $100.00 per person . Drinks are very expensive so you might want to have one before or afterwards dinner.

   Not sure I would go back there again. My prime rib was thin and tough. Service was poor, they delivered 3 of our meals but I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my meal. Service was slow overall as well. We sat near the bar, very noisy. I was there three months ago, it was much better then. Appears to have gone downhill. Too bad, needs work. Doubtful they will see me again, there are better steak places.

   Our waiter Mervin was excellent, friendly and professional. The chicken pot pie was amazing, the pastry on top was absolutely delicious! My husband had the Philly steak and he said it was the best one even! We will definitely be back soon.

    It isn’t the Smugglers of ole. The restaurant seems to be divided into two different restaurants. One side is the old deep, dark wood, cosy atmosphere of the old smugglers. The other side is super bright under thousand watt light bulbs, plastic furniture, modern-ish open style restaurant that reminds me a lot of a food court setting. The restaurant needs to figure out what it is, instead of trying to trade off of the reputation of the old smugglers. The food was good. The service was mediocre. Overall, it was very disappointing because we paid good money and got mediocre service in a food court setting.
